The paper is concerned with the quantitative limit of using depreciation fund for fixed asset reproduction on extended scale under the condition of simple reproduction. The effects on this quantitative limit of different function times （n）, different depreciation methods, value constraint of single equipment as well as inflation are discussed respectively.
