摘要
本文将个性化信息服务模式运用于电子旅游中间商,以提高其服务水平。首先比较了传统电子旅游中间商与具有推荐功能的电子旅游中间商的异同;其次,分析了传统电子旅游中间商的不足;最后提出了建立个性化信息服务模型的方法,以求个性化信息服务模式更广泛的应用于电子旅游中间商。
This paper applies individualized information service pattern to electronic tourism intermediates in order to improve their service standard. In the paper, a comparison is made between the traditional electrenic tourism intermediates and the electronic tourism intermediates with recommendation function; then the shortcomings of the traditional electronic tourism intermediates are analysed; and finally proposals are made about the method of setting up individualized information service model, so as to make further use of it among tourism intermediates.
