摘要
研究了不同填充母粒载体树脂对聚丙烯用母粒流动性及填料分散能力的影响;认为载体树脂的流动性及对填料的亲合与包复能力是影响碳酸钙填料分散性的主要原因,证明了经铝酸酯-低分子聚乙烯蜡复合体系活化的碳酸钙对载体A有很好的适应性。
The influence of several kinds of packed masterbatch carrier resins on the fluidity of polypropylene masterbatch and the dispersion of packed agent is investigated. It is considered that the fluidity of carrier resin and the affinity and wrapping ability of carrier resin to filler are main factors in affecting the dispersion of filler calcium carbonate. It is proved that calcium carbonate activated by aluminic ester-low-molecular polyethylene wax system adapts to the carrier resin A excellently.
