The Construction of Moral System in the Society of Rule of Law

道德和法律是人类历史上两大基本的社会规范,在社会治理过程中发挥着相辅相成的作用。法律以道德为价值内容,道德素养是法律执行的前提,道德教育是法律实施的基础。因此,应该从立法、司法、守法各个层面逐步构建法治社会的道德体系。

Morality and law are two basic roles in the human history, which complement each other in the course of administering the society. Morality is the content of law in pursuit of legal valuation. The execution of law is predicated on the development of moral accomplishments. The implementation of law is based on moral education. Therefore, the moral system must be progressively constructed in terms of legislation, application and observance of law.
