摘要
多孔玄武岩吸水率较大,同样吸收沥青也较大,从而对混合料配合比设计、质量控制和使用性能都产生很大的影响。对多孔玄武岩进行马歇尔法和Superpave旋转压实仪法进行设计,两种方法设计的最佳沥青含量差别较大,通过比较,得出如何采用马歇尔法对混合料进行设计和现场控制。同时,对混合料理论最大相对密度和矿料间隙率的计算进行了比较,以便于混合料的质量控制。
The rate of water absorption for the porous aggregates is higher, so is the asphalt absorption, thus resulting in great effect on the mix design, the quality control and the usable performance. A comparison of the design with both Marshall and Superpave methods for porous aggregates shows that there is a higher difference between these two methods in the optimum contents of asphalt. It is indicated in this paper how to carry out mix design with Marshall Method and on-site control. At the same time, a comparison of the maximum theoretical relative density and the calculation of the rate of interstice between mineral aggregates were carried out so as to control the quality of mixture.
