摘要
根据中、长半径水平井的特点,运用微分几何原理,建立了水平井待钻轨道设计的2维和3维模型。依据水平井的施工条件和地下约束限制,考虑目标点和当前点的相对位置,工具造斜能力及油层位置变化等因素,给出了水平井待钻轨道完整的设计方案。在水平井施工过程中,应用该方法可以随时对待钻轨道进行修正计算,为现场人员提供准确资料,有助于提高水平井施工的成功率。通过对水平井的实例计算表明;该模型正确,设计结果符合钻井施工要求。
According to thecharacteristics of the medium-radius and long-radius horizontal wells,we established the 2-D and 3-D models of waiting drilling design for horizontal well trajectory,using the theory of differential geometry. Based on those models and according to the actual drilling condition and subsurface restriction,we gave a complete waiting drilling design plan for horizontal well in consideration of relative position between the presentpoint and the target point,BHA build rate and pay zone position.With this method,wecan revise the design plan at any time in the actual drilling, providing reference datafor decision making for the oilfield workers,helping to enhance the mission successrate for the horizontal drilling action. Practical application in the horizontal wellshows that those models are correct and the design result satisfies the requirement of the practical drilling action.
