摘要
详细研究了丙烷直接催化氧化制丙烯酸的V-P-O催化剂,并用微型固定床反应装置测定了催化剂的催化活性。结果表明:磷钒比对催化活性有影响,反应温度、氧烷比、停留时间、水量等操作条件均对催化效果有影响。在P/V=1.10及微型反应条件下,反应温度420℃,O2/C3H8=30,H2O/原料=2,停留时间45s时,丙烷的转化率、丙烯酸的选择性和收率分别达到42.7%,32.7%,14.0%。
V-P-O catalysts for one-step catalytic oxidation of propane to acrylic acid have been systematically studied,catalytic activity has been measured in a microscale fixed bed reactor. The result indicates that P/V ratio has certain effect on catalytic activity,and react temperture,O_2/C_3H_8 ratio,resident time and H_2O content also have certain effects on catalytic activity. When P/V=1.10 and in a microscale reaction test,the conversion of propane,selectivity and yield of acrylic acid reached 42.7%,32.7%,14.0% respectively under the following conditions:reaction temperature = 420 ℃,O_2/C_3H_8 = 30,H_2O/feed gas=2,resident time=45 s.
