摘要
江苏烹饪职业教育为江苏餐饮业的发展提供了人才保证。但江苏烹饪职业教育存在着发展不平衡的特点,为此要用科学的发展观制定切实可行的江苏餐饮职业教育的发展战略,进一步解放思想,更新观念, 增强服务意识,把培养学生的综合素质放在首位,以适应新形势下餐饮业发展对人才的需求。
Jiangsu cuisine occupational education provides Jiangsu catering industry with large numbers Of people of talent in cuisine for its development. However, it develops in an unbalanced way. In order to meet the requirements for the talents of developing catering industry in the new situation, what is in urgent need is to draw up a practical feasible strategy for the development of Jiangsu cuisine occupational education, emancipate the mind, renew the idea and put the cultivation of students' comprehensive quality in the first place. All of the above should be done under the guidance of the ideology of scientific development.
