摘要
用成膜型缓蚀剂Nm-1与除氧剂亚硫酸钠等复配,制成了泥浆用复合缓蚀剂ZH-1。在室内用旋转挂片失重法、滚动失重法研究了ZH-1在聚合物盐水泥浆中的缓蚀作用。在现场试验中采用腐蚀试验环法考察了ZH-1对钻杆的缓蚀效果。室内和现场试验均表明复合缓蚀剂在聚合物盐水泥浆中有良好的缓蚀效果。
To prevent drilling tools and drilling pipes,in particular,from severe corrosion in polymer salt water drilling fluids,a compounded corrosion inhibititor,ZH 1,is developed. It is composed of 0.6% film forming corrosion inhibitor Nm 1 and 0.1% oxygen scavenger Na 2SO 3 and may contain 0.5% sulfonated asphalt SAS.In laboratory rotating and rolling tests with ZH 1,inhibition rates of 80.1-98.7% are determined for steel samples in two test drilling fluids at 40°C,60°C and 80°C.0.2% Nm 1 increases the fitigue strength of steel samples at 30°C by 76%.Nm 1 and ZH 1 have no negative influence upon the properties of the drilling fluids.In field tests performed during drilling 5 wells at depth 2100-3200 over ~40 hrs,the corrosion inhibition rates of ZH 1 are found to be 60.6-75.7% and the drilling fluids have maintained normal properties.
