摘要 为解决现场压裂施工中植物胶类压裂液腐败变质问题,研制了新型杀菌剂COG-285。该剂具有杀菌效果好,用量少,价格低,保质时间长,与压裂液化学添加剂配伍性好,配制、使用简便等特点,已在长庆油田投入现场应用。本文讨论了植物胶的腐败变质,报导了COG-285的研制及性能评价结果。 A bactericide, COG 285, is developed and put into use in Changqing Oil Fields for protecting plant gum based hydrofracturing fluids from fermentation and deterioration. It is a stabilized solution of a heterocyclic compound in 2% concentration. With 0.03% COG 285 added the aqueous plant gum solutions maintain more than 47%, 15%, and 22% initial viscosities after three days exposure at 35℃ in container, at 35℃ with deteriorated fluid added, and at 40-50℃ under infrared radiation, respectively. The inhibitory efficiency of COG 285 is similar to or better than Halliburtons BE 4. All the properties of the fluids with COG 285 are in acceptible ranges.
