提高原油采收率试验菌的筛选和评价方法

THE SCREENING AND EVALUATION OF STRAINS FOR MICROBIAL ENHANCED OIL RECOVERY

本文根据大庆油田微生物地下发酵提高原油采收率先导性矿场试验中取得的认识，介绍了可用于ＭＥＯＲ菌种的基本条件，初步筛选方法及评价方法，探讨了筛选和评价ＭＥＯＲ菌种的研究工作今后的发展。

On the basis of the knowledge and experience of a pilot MEOR test of in situ microorganizm fermentation in Daqing Oil Fields,this paper summerizes the general requirements to the strains for use in microbial enhanced oil recovery (MEOR),describes the screening procedures of the strains in steps from sampling,cultivation,laboratory simulation and analyses,core flooding tests,field uses to mechanizm and further studies and,in particular,the evaluation methods of the strains,the fermented crude and cultures and in MEOR tests in laboratory,being and to be used.Some ideas for future developments are discussed.
