摘要
合成了2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)/丙烯酸(AA)共聚物泥浆降粘剂,研究了合成反应中AMPS的用量对共聚物性能的影响。研究结果表明,AMPS的用量为5%(以摩尔计)时制得的共聚物具有较好的抗温和抗盐(NaCl、CaCl2)性能,AMPS用量低至0.1%-0.2%时仍可获得具有良好降粘效果的共聚物。
Tow terpolymers of 2 acrylamido 2 methylpropylsulfonic acid (AMPS),acrylic acid (AA) and maleic anhydride (MA) and two coplymers are prepared and their properties in fresh water,salt water and high pH drilling muds are studied experimentally.It is shown that the heat resistance and tolerencies to NaCl and alkali of the terpolymer with molar ratio monomers AMPS/AA/MA=5/65/30 are similar to that of the 5/95 AMPS/AA copolymer and the 5/35/60 terpolymer has a notable advantage over the AMPS/AA copolymers,5/95 and with higher AMPS contents, in the calcium tolerence of the muds.
