摘要 研究了粘度为70mPa·s和340mPa·s的氰乙基醋酸纤维素的超滤和反渗透膜性能,并和醋酸纤维素膜性能作了比较。结果表明:当氰乙基醋酸纤维素的粘度变化近5倍时,其膜性能变化不大。但原材料的纯度、分子量分布对成膜质量有较大影响。由于氰乙基是亲水基团,它的导入可增大膜的水通量。对制备氰乙基醋酸纤维素超滤膜的铸膜液组成和制膜工艺条件进行研究后发现,用某些醇类或二噁烷作第二添加剂和以2%洗涤剂作冷浸液。可使膜在截留率基本不变下改进水通量。 The UF and RO membranes performances of cyanoethyl cellulose acetate (their viscoses are 340 and 70 cp respectively) were studied and compared with those of cellulose acetate membrane.The results show that the membrane performance of cyanothyl cellulose acetate is least affected even if its viscose is changed about 5-fold, but greatly affected by the purity and molecular weight. The flux of cyanoethyl cellulose membrane is higher than that of the CA, for the cyanoethyl is a hydrophilic radical. The casting constituents and technologic conditions were also studied. If some alcohol or dioxane is used as secondary additive and 2% washing detergent is used as dipping agent, the change of membrane rejection is least and the flux is raised
