A BENTONITE MUD SYSTEM FOR DRILLING IN VERY LONG INDEPTH SECTIONS OF BORE HOLE IN ZHONGYUAN OIL FIELDS

摘要 针对中原油田的地层情况和浅井井身结构特点,提出了一套适合中原油田浅井钻井的泥浆工艺技术。本文介绍了该泥浆的组成、维护处理方法及现场应用情况。采用膨润土-水解聚丙烯腈盐泥浆体系并配合随钻堵漏技术,在少下技术套管的条件下。 It is a common practise recently in Zhongyuan Oil Fields to drill shallow (3000m) production wells with a simplified casing program where the casing depth is lessened from 2400-2600m to some 1500m. For drilling properly in such long sections of open bore hole after the 1st (or 2nd) casing string being cemented, a bentonite/Ca HPAN/Na HPAN (or K PAA) mud is formulated and its preparation, conditioning and treatments for preventing from diameter enlargement (in salt/gypsum sections) and the lost circulation control while drilling are described. This mud system has been successfully used in drilling several tens of such shallow wells.
