摘要
本文介绍了一种新型压裂液用交联剂——有机硼锆交联剂OBZ-1。该交联剂具有较强的耐温性及抗剪切性能,对地层的伤害较轻。
An organboroziconate complex of boron to zirconium ratio 40 is recommended as crosslinker OBZ 1 for plant gum hydrofracturing fluids. An experimental hydroxypropyl guar (HPG)/OBZ 1 gelled fluid has much higher heat and shear resistance than HPG/B 10 (organoborate complex) and HPG/SL 10 (organozirconate complex) gelled fluids do. HPG/OBZ 1 gel maintains viscosity 200 mPa s after being sheared at 170 s -1 and 140℃ over 2 hrs and has good filtrate loss properties. The damage to core permeability caused by broken HPG/OBZ 1 gel is much less than that by brocken HPG/SL 10 and is slightly higher than that by broken HPG/B 10 and HPG/borate gels. The crosslinking mechanizms are discussed.
