摘要
采用ANSYS有限元分析程序,从理论上计算了XA5040A型升降台铣床原设计立柱和新设计立柱的静变形及动态振型。计算结果为机床制造厂立柱型号的改进设计提供了理论依据。
The ANSYS finite element analysis programm is used to calculate the static deformation and dynamic mode shape of vibration theoretically which occur in the original or newly designed columns of the XA5040A knee-and-column milling machine. The calculate result can be used as the theoretical criterion for the manufacturer in column design.
