摘要
本文介绍了在底水驱动油层的底部注入丙烯酰胺溶液,就地聚合后形成聚丙烯酰胺凝胶隔板,防止底水上窜的油井堵底水工艺及在冀东油田柳25区块3口油井四井次现场试验的结果。所用堵剂为TP系列,分别适用于20-45℃(TP-911)、40-75℃(TP-910)、60-120℃(TP-915)地层,在注水井调剖、油井堵层间、层内、指进水作业中已获得广泛应用。
In this paper the TP series water plugging agents (TP 911, TP 910, TP 915) are used for constructing an elastic gel isolating layer between oil and bottom water zones in production wells with bottom temperatures 30-120℃ to impede the intrusion of bottom water into the well. These agents are aqueous gelling solutions of acrylamide and methylenebisacrylamide with an initiator system which polymerize and become strong gels in the formations where injected. The characteristics of these agents, the technology of inserting gel layers and the good results of 4 water plugging tests in 3 wells in Block Liu 25 of Jidong Oil Fields are described.
