摘要
本文对215.9XHP25—1型和215.9HPZ型软地层三牙轮钻头钻资中砂岩和嘉一灰岩,进行了大量的室内物理模拟试验,通过数据采集和数据处理系统得出了这两种钻头扭矩、机械钻速随钻压的变化关系以及其平均传动比,为这两种软地层钻头的改进和设计提供了重要的试验数据。
This paper introduces a number of indoor physical simulating experiments with 215.9 XHP 25-1 and 215.9 HPZ soft formation roller bits used in drilling Zizhong-sand and Jiayi-Limestone. The relationship of the torque and the penetration rates of the two types of bits varying with the bit weight and their average drive ratio are obtained through data collection and data processing system. and some important experimental data are provided for the improvement and design of the two types of soft formation roller bits.
