摘要
目的:研究景洪哥纳香叶的抗肿瘤活性苯乙烯内酯类成分。方法:采用硅胶色谱柱分离,理化性质、光谱数据鉴定结构。结果:分离鉴定7个化合物,其中4个为苯乙烯内酯:(+)-isoaltholactone(1),goniodiol-7-monoacetate(2),leiocarpin A(3),goniodiol(4),另3个为松乔素(pinocembrin,5),胡萝卜苷(daucosterol,6)和豆甾醇(stigmasterol,7)。结论:化合物1-4体外有抗肿瘤活性,化合物1,2、3为首次从该植物分离得到。
AIM: To study the styryllaetones in the leaves of Goniothalam,s cheliensis Hu. METHOD: The compounds were isolated and purified by silica gel column chromatography. Their chemical structures were elucidated on the basis of physico-chemical properties and spectral data. RESULTS: Seven compounds were isolated and four of them were identified as styryllactones: ( + )- isoaltholactone (1), goniediol-7-monoacetate (2), leiocarpin A (3), goniodiol (4), and other three as pinocembrin (5), deaucosterol (6) and stigmasterol (7), CONCLUSION: Compounds 1, 2, 3, 4 show cytotoxic activities against human tumor cell lines in vitro. Compounds 1, 2, 3 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
