连钱草的化学成分

Chemical Constituents of Glechoma longituba

目的:对连钱草地上部分进一步进行化学成分的研究。方法:应用多种色谱法分离连钱草中的化学成分,采用多种光谱分析法鉴定其结构。结果:从连钱草全草中又得到10个化合物,即木栓酮(1)、β-谷甾醇(2)、大黄素甲醚(3)、大黄酚(4)、齐墩果酸(5)、熊果酸(6)、刺槐素(7)、胡萝卜苷(8)、蒙花苷(9)、海常素(10)。结论:化合物13、、45、、7、9、10均为首次从该植物中分离得到。

AIM： To study the chemical constituents of Glechoma Iongituba. METHOD： Manifold chromatographic methods were used to separate the chemical constituents, and the chemical structures were determined by spectral analyses. RESULTS： Ten compounds were isolated from Glechoma longltuba and identified as friedelin（1）, β-sitosterol（2）, physcion（3）, chrysephanol（4）, oleanolie acid（5）, ursolic acid（6）, acacetin （7）, daucosterol（8）, linarin （9）, clerodendrin （10）. CONCLUSION： Compounds 1,3,4,5,7,9 and 10 were isolated from Glechoma longituba for the first time.
