摘要
目的:分析鉴定苏薄荷中的黄酮类成分。方法:运用高效液相色谱分离与电喷雾(ESI)质谱技术对苏薄荷提取物中的黄酮类成分进行分析鉴定。结果:共分析了8个黄酮类成分,其中鉴定了1个黄酮苷元:香叶木素(diosmetin),4个黄酮苷:橙皮苷(hesperidin)、香叶木素-7-O-葡萄糖苷(diosmetin-7-O-glucoside)、蒙花苷(linarin)、椴树素(tilianine),推断了2个黄酮苷和1个黄酮苷元的可能结构,其中橙皮苷、香叶木素-7-O-葡萄糖苷和香叶木素为首次从苏薄荷中发现。结论:HPLC-MS/MS能快速、准确地鉴定出天然产物中的化学成分。
AIM:To identifiy flavonoids from herb of Mentha haplocalyx Briq. METHOD:A quadrupole tandem mass spectrometer was applied to verify the structure of flavonoids from LC eluate by QI scan and product ion scan. RESULTS : One flavonoid aglyeone and four flavonoid glycosides were determined and the possible structures of two flavonoid glycosides and one flavonoid aglyeone were deduced based on the ehromatography and mass data. Three of them were found from Mentha haplocalyx Briq. for the first time. CONCLUSION: This method could be available and helpful for the rapid discovery and identification of constituents from natural products.
