专题讨论教学模式探究

Exploration of Seminar Approach

本文以《领导学基础》教学中开展的专题讨论为例,探讨了实施专题讨论教学模式的可行性,建立了多种教学媒介参与和交互作用的“导学—自学—讨论—反馈”专题讨论教学模式,并用模糊综合评价法进行测量评价,以检验这种教学模式在教学中的有效度,最后提出了实施专题讨论教学模式必须注意的一些问题。

This article discusses the possibilities and principles of seminar approach in the course of＂fundamentals of leadership＂. The approach is examined by the mean of fuzzy synthesis upraises. Some considemtions are also discussed in the paper.
