三维有序多孔SiC陶瓷的制备及表征 被引量:2

摘要 采用三维有序氧化硅凝胶小球为模板,以聚甲基硅烷(PMS)为先驱体,经过先驱体的渗入、陶瓷转化和模板的去除,制备了长程三维有序球形孔多孔SiC陶瓷.研究结果表明:所制备的多孔陶瓷中球形孔的孔径(84-658nm)、BET比表面积(299.44-584.64m^2/g)和微孔体积(0.25-0.64cm^3/g)受氧化硅凝胶小球的粒径(112-700nm)控制,且该多孔陶瓷体系中存在3种孔,即球形孔、“窗口”和小孔(2-5nm).其中球形孔以hcp结构有序排列、“窗口”使球形孔三维贯通、小孔的存在使该多孔陶瓷体系具有极高的BET比表面积和微孔体积.
