我国解决三农问题的路径选择

三农问题已经成为我国现代化建设中的突出问题。解决三农问题应该从城乡二元结构、农民的增收与减负、稳定土地承包政策入手,既要注意国家财政的政策扶持,也要注意相关措施的配套,采取综合性措施,调整农业产业结构,增加农业投入,扩大农民就业,使农民有稳定的收入来源。

The hard problem China confronts is the peasant, countryside, agriculture, which has become striking problem. The tackling of it should be from the dual structure between town and countryside, increasing peasants＇ income and decreasing their load ,and stabilizing the policy of contract acre. The government should pay attention to financial policy and combined stepping - stones as well to adjust agriculture structure, increase agriculture investment and peasant employment to them have stable source of income.
