Harmonious Development Between Harmonious Society and Advanced Education

党的十六届四中全会构建社会主义和谐社会命题的提出,为我国社会主义的建设和发展指明了方向,同时也对我国教育的改革和发展提出了新的目标和要求。和谐社会的构建呼唤和谐教育,如何在科学发展观的指导下促进高等教育和谐发展,成为一个重要课题。

The 4th plenary conferences of CCP 16th sessions brought forward the proposition with regard to the construction of the socialistic harmonious society, which point out the direction for our country＇ s construction and development. Simultaneously, the proposition also sets the new goal and request to the reformation and the development of our education. The harmonious society＇ s construction calls for the harmonious education. The theme of how to promote our advanced education in harmonious development under the instruction of the scientific development ,has been emerged in front of us.
