铸造铝合金的旋转喷吹精炼技术

摘要 通过水模拟实验,研究了吹头的合理结构,制成了陶瓷吹头,并在实验室条件下进行了铸铝合金的除气实验。结果表明:由于精炼气泡尺寸细小,分布均匀,停留于熔体中时间较长,不仅精炼效率很高,而且有助于合金成分均匀、温度均匀,确属先进的精炼技术。 Structure-reasonable rotary impeller head has been investigated by the simulated test within water. A ceramic impeller head is manufactured and the degassing test in aluminium casting alloy in laboratory condition proceeded. Results showed that not only the efficiency of refining is good but the constitution and temperature of the melt become more homogenious as well, because the purging bubbles are very fine and unformly distributed and their staying within the melt is longer. Hence it is realy an advanced refining technique.
