民办高校的发展路向探析

Exploration and Analysis of the Developmental Orientation of Non-governmental Institutions of Higher Learning

通过对社会主义市场经济现实的透视,提出民办高校的发展要以提高办学质量为出发点,以适应社会主义市场经济为突破点,以培养技能为生长点,以建立专兼职相结合的师资队伍为立足点,以坚持多样化办学为关键点,以坚持滚动发展为着力点,以公平对待、鼓励竞争为支撑点,以建立科学的评估与督导制度为切入点。在国家需要、社会需要、单位需要、个人需要的有机统一中,确定民办高校在高等教育中的位置,寻求新的发展思路。

With a perspective view of the reality of the socialist market economy, this paper suggests to raise the school running quality as a starting point, fit in with socialist market economy as a breakthrough point, persist in multi-style school-running as a key point, persevere in sustainable development as an emphatic point, fairly treat everybody while encouraging competition as a ＂ strongpoint＂ , build a scientific evaluation and supervision system as a penetration point, and to define the position of non-governmental institutions of higher learning in higher education in the organic unification of the national, social, unit and personal needs, trying to find new ideas for development.
