摘要
自1997年刑法修订以来,关于单位犯罪主体类型的纷争一直沸沸扬扬。基于各国刑法在单位犯罪主体问题上具有既相联系又相区别的状况,文章对英美法系、大陆法系主要国家及我国刑法的单位犯罪主体类型作一比较研究,以期有助于完善我国单位犯罪理论。
Jurists have carried out a lot of discussions on the subject of unit crime since the new Criminal Law was promulgated in 1997. The subject of unit crime has similarities and differences in every country＇s Criminal law. The writer compares Common Law System and Civil Law System with Chinese Criminal Law on the subject of unit crime to contribute as much as possible to China＇s unit crime perfection.
