How to solve the problem and what kind of welfare policy should be employed is related closely to people＇s opinions. Since people＇s opinions are influenced by all aspects such as religion, liberalism American traditional values and so on, American government employs various policies with shortcoming corrections. Americans＇ traditional values and so on. And American government had adopted the relief policies of different forms, and reformed the drawbacks to perfect them.
