广东省政府采购评标体系研究

中国自2000年始建立政府采购制度,随后不断推出法律、行政条例予以改进和完善,其要求越来越细致与全面,其监管和处罚也越来越具体与严厉,但至今仍有许多问题有待解决,评标体系就是其中的一个重要内容。广东省政府采购额度历年来均居全国各省前列,研究广东省政府采购评标体系,对广东省政府采购的改进和完善,乃至中国政府采购的改进和完善,均有积极的意义。

Chinese government has established government purchasing system since 2000, and then issued a series of law and administrative rules to improve the system. Although the requirements have become more and more detailed and comprehensive, the supervising and punishing measures have been more specified and stern in the system, some problems have still remained. Bidding purchasing system, which is very important in the whole government purchasing system, is still needed to be improved. The purchasing amount of Guandong provincial government always ranks among the first few in the country, so it would be positive to make research of the provincial government bidding purchasing system for improving both the provincial and national government purchasing.
