48份《药品不良反应/事件报告表》的系统分析

Systematic Analysis of Drug Adverse Reaction Reports from the Hospital

目的评价某三甲医院《药品不良反应/事件报告表》。方法按内容对其进行整理和分类,采用系统分析的方法分析医院不良反应发生的一般规律或特性。结果收集不良反应/事件48例,患者男26例,女22例,性别无显著性差异(P>0.05);不良反应发生率,变态反应与其他器官和系统的比较,均具有非常显著性差异(P<0.01);皮肤及其附属器官不良反应发生率与神经系统、呼吸系统的比较具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论不良反应/事件涉及面广,危害性大,应引起高度重视。

Objective To analysis adverse drug reaction（ADR） Reports from the hospital. Methods The ADR report forms from the hospital were classified according to their contents. The systematic analysis was employed to find out the regulation of ADR. Results 48 ADR reports （male 26, female 22） were collected. There was no difference between male and female （P〉0. 05）. There were significant differences between the allergic reactions and other organs or systems （P〈0.01）. There was difference between the skin and nerve system or respiratory system （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion The clinical medical staff must pay more attention to ADR due to its harm to all kinds of tissues, organs and systems.
