摘要
目的了解儿科抗菌药物使用情况,评价其用药合理性。方法随机抽取重庆市第九人民医院儿科住院和门诊处方,对使用抗菌药物的处方以用药频度(DDDs)和药物利用指数(DUI)为指标进行统计分析,评价儿科用药是否合理。结果儿科抗菌药物使用率门诊处方为65.75%,住院处方为97.78%;抗菌药物联合用药门诊处方占27.63%,住院处方占93.75%;14种常用抗菌药物中有10种(71.43%)DUI<1.0。结论该院儿科抗菌药物使用基本合理,但仍有一些问题需要改进。
Objective To investigate the usage of antibacterial drugs in pediatric patients and to evaluate the rationality of use. Methods Prescriptions using antibacterial drugs were randomly isolated from all those of inpatients and outpatients in pediatrics, and its usage of antibacterial drugs was analyzed and evaluated by frequency of drug use（DDDs） and drug utilization index（DUI）. Results The frequency of antibacterial drugs usage of outpatients and inpatients of pediatrics was 67.75% and 97.78%, respectively, and combined drugs usage of those was 27.62% and 92.71%, respectively. Fourteen kinds of antibacterial drugs were used frequently, and ten kinds of those, accounting for 71.42%, DUI were all less than 1.0. Conclusion Antibacterial drugs usage of pediatric patients in our hospital was basically rational, but corresponding methods should be further found for treating the problems existed now.
