固体微粒与表面活性剂的协同乳化作用 被引量:4

摘要 通过室内实验研究了钻井液、完井液中常见的固体微粒和某些表面活性剂之间的协同乳化作用。结果表明,在一般情况下,亲油的固体微粒(如有机土)与油溶性表面活性剂相配伍,接近于中性润湿的固体微粒(如SN-1)与水溶性和油溶性两类表面活性剂均具有一定的协同乳化作用.亲水的固体微粒与表面活性剂复配使用时情况比较复杂,在W/O或O/W型乳化钻井液中,某些固体微粒能够代替或部分代替表面活性剂而起到乳化稳定作用. The synergistic effects of emulsification between some fine solid particles and surfactants commonly used in drilling and completion fluids were experimentally studied in laboratory. The results indicated that the oil-wet fine particles were generally compatible with oil-soluble surfactants,and the fine particles with nearly intermediate wttabilety were compatible with both oil-soluble and water-soluble surfactants.The sitnations were relatovely complicated when water-wet fine particles were mixed with surfactants.Some solid particles of water-wet could partly or completely substitute for the surfactants responsible for the emulsive stability of the water-in-oil or oil-in-water emulsive drilling fluids. .
