摘要
文章阐明了在图书馆人力资源管理中建立激励机制可以有效提高馆员的工作主动性和积极性,使图书馆的工作得到创新和发展。同时对图书馆激励机制的特点和适用原则进行了探讨性论述。
The author believes that the establishment of the incentive mechanism in the management of human resources in libraries can promote the initiative and creativity of the librarians, so as to achieve the innovation and development of libraries. The author further discusses the characteristics and the applying principles of the incentive mechanism.
