摘要
分析了外文期刊数据库利用率低的原因主要是:数据库本身的因素、读者和图书馆工作的因素。针对存在的问题提出了提高外文期刊数据库利用率的对策。
This paper analyzes the causes of low utilization rate of data-bases of the foreign periodicals： including both the factors of data-bases and the factors of readers and libraries. Aiming at the existing problems,the author puts forward some countermeasures to raise utilization rate of data-bases of foreign periodicals.
