光学混频效应的理论探讨

摘要 以BBO晶体为冽,对光学混颊效应的稳态理论和瞬态理论进行了研究,讨论了泵浦光参数(光强、光波长、脉宽、发散角、线宽等)对光学混频效应的转换效率、脉宽及最佳晶体长度的影响。结果表明,为得到高的转换效率,应努力改善泵浦光束质量,使晶体长度处于最佳值,并注意适当选择泵浦光强、波长和脉宽。 The stable and instantaneous theory of the optical frequency mixing in BBO crystal are studied. The influences of the pump parameters (including the wave length, the intensity, the pulse width, the line width and the walk-off angle of the pump light) on the conversion efficiency, pulse width and the optimum length of the nonlinear crystal of the optical frequency mixing are discussed. The results show that if the quality of pump light is improved, the crystal length is optimum, the pump intensity, wave length and pulse widtht are suitable, the conversion efficiency will be much higher.
