针对当前师范院校中小型图书馆的特点,提出了在经费不足、需要大量购书的情况下如何高质量地采购到教学科研所需的图书资料的可行性建议。

In the light of the current teatures universities, this paper puts forward some feasibility suggestions on how to purchase the high-quality books and materials needed by the teaching and scientific under the condition that the funds are not sufficient and numerous books need to be purchased.
