近年来,汾河上游水土流失加剧、污染源增加、管理失效严重延缓了汾河上游的水环境治理。在分析汾河上游水环境现状的基础上,提出了相应的治理措施和管理模式。

In recent years, the soil and water loss of Fenhe River＇s upstream is aggravated, the pollution sources are increased, and the management is out off work, all of these make the treatment of Fenhe River＇s upstream be delayed seriously. Based on analyzing the present situation of the water environment of Fenhe River＇s upstream, this paper puts forward the corresponding treatment measures and management mode.
