Application of the Utility Theory in the Project Risk Management

决策者的风险偏好即风险态度,对风险管理决策的影响是重大的,而人们对风险的态度却是不同的。虽然有许多关于人们对风险态度的论述,但提炼这些认识形成项目风险管理理论的却很少,效用理论就考虑了这一点,因此在风险管理决策的实际应用中显得尤为重要。

The risk preference, namely the risk attitude, of the decision maker has important influence on the risk management decision, however people＇s attitude towards the risk is different. Although there are many discussions on people＇ s attitude towards the risk, a few of them are extracted to form the theory of the project risk management. It is the utility theory that takes this into consideration, so the utility theory is very vital and important in the practical application of the risk management decision.
