以大连市某房地产公司为例,构建了用于解决资金链脆弱问题的产业楼项目运营方案,提出了财务评价方法,并给出了方案实施的建议。

Taking a certain real estate agency of Dalian City as the example, this paper works out the operation scheme of the industrial building project that is used to solve the problem of the weak fund chain, puts forward the financial evaluation method, and advances the proposal of the implementation of the scheme.
