分析了在民营企业不同发展过程中公司治理中出现的各种代理问题,揭示了造成代理问题的根源在于企业管理过程中的信息不对称,并从多个角度提出解决民企公司治理中的信息不对称问题。

This paper analyzes various kinds of agent problems in the corporate governance of the people-run enterprise, illustrates that the root reason of the agent problem is due to the information asymmetry in corporate management, and puts forward some advises from different views.
