摘要
探讨了科学技术工作职位分类设置的主要问题,旨在引起各用人单位对其的高度重视,并切实做好这一基础平台的建设工作,以保证我国科技人力资源开发与管理制度真正沿着正确健康的方向发展。
This paper probes into the main problems of classifying and settlng-up the posts of the sci-tech work for the purpose of arousing the great attention of the employing units to these problems and doing well the construction of this fundamental platform and guaranteeing that our country's sci-tech human resource development and management system go ahead along with the right and healthy direction truly.
