分析了警务信息化的内涵和建设目标,建立了警务信息化的评价指标体系,给出了基于模糊理论的警务信息化水平的评价计算方法。

The police service informatization is an important symbol of the modern police service and its construction is a dynamic process. The construction of the police service informatization is in need of making rational evaluation on its levels for the purpose of guiding its healthy development. This paper analyzes on the connotation of the police service informatization, establishes the police service informatization evaluation indexes system （including the qualitative indexes and the quantitative indexes）, and puts forward the fuzzy theory-based police service informatization evaluating and calculating method.
