This paper introduces the position and function of the construction and management of the laboratories in the teaching of the universities, analyzes on the present situation of the construction and management of common universities＇ laboratories, points out the main problems restricting the development of these laboratories, and puts forward some corresponding countermeasures for solving these problems.
