摘要
结合有机和无机抗紫外剂协同作用的原理,采用复合型抗紫外剂对聚酯的抗紫外性能进行了系统研究.考察了抗紫外剂加入量对切片及其纤维的物化性能、可纺性及抗紫外性能的影响;同时讨论了抗紫外剂对缩聚反应的催化作用,进而提出了适宜的缩聚反应温度.测试表明,所研制的抗紫外聚酯具有良好的可纺性能,其织物的抗紫外性能符合AS/NZS 4399:1996技术文件标准.
Based on the principle of synergistic function of organic and inorganic anti-UV agents, the compound of anti-UV radiation agents was studied for the preparation of anti-UV polyester in this paper. The effect of anti-UV agent proportion in the reaction mixture related to the physical and chemical character of polyester and its fibre, especially the spinning flexility and anti-UV radiating property, was studied in detail. Also, the catalyzing function of the anti-UV agents in the polymerization was discussed. Furthermore, the feasible temperature of the polymerization was obtained. The textile product in test showed excellent flexility and the whole polymerization process is feasible to industry manufacture. The anti-UV property of the final product accords with the technical standards described in AS/NZS 4399: 1966.
