利用解析方法、三角和估计,特征和估计研究了D irch let L-函数倒的二次加权均值,得到了一个较强的均值分布公式.

Using estimation of trigonom itric sums,character sums,and analytic method, in this paper we study the 2nd power mean of inversion of Dirichlet L-function with the weight of general Gauss sums and give a mean value fomula.
