摘要
采用一维(1D)和二维(2D)核磁共振(NMR)技术对一种抗癫痫活性的化合物1-(2,6-二氟苯甲基)-N-甲基-1H-1,2,3-三唑-4甲酰胺的1H和13C NMR信号进行了归属。
The H-H correlated spectroscopy (H-H COSY), distortionless enhancement by polartization transfer spectrum ( DEPT), heteronuclear multiple bond correlation (HMBC) and heteronuclear multiple quantum correlation (HMQC) spectra of 1-(2,6-diflurophenymethyl)-N-methyl-1H-1,2,3-triazole- 4-carboxamide which is a class of antiepileptic agent were reported and interpreted. All the ^1H nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) and ^13C NMR chemical shifts were assigned by means of ^1H-^1H COSY, HMQC, DEPT-135 and HMBC.
