轴承毛坯塔锻工艺探讨

摘要 针对单件辗扩废品率高、生产率低问题,改为毛坯塔锻,调整工艺路线,改进工装模具,提高了生产率和产品合格率,降低了材料的消耗。 Because of the high scrap rate and the low production rate,the tower-forging technics instead of the single rolling-expanded was adopted,the process route was lined-up,the design of group -mould was improved,the production rate and the product qualification rate were raised,and the consume of the materials was declined.
