摘要
洛氏硬度计是金属材料硬度检测中普遍使用的测量设备,其试验力F对硬度计示值精确性有较大的影响。通过改变洛氏硬度计的杠杆比,用单方面调整示值调整块的方式定量分析了试验力F对洛氏硬度计C标尺高、中、低值的影响。
The Rockwell Apparatus is widely used for the detection of metal material hardness.The test force of hardness meter has obvious influence to the accuracy of indication.An offer was made that changed the lever ratio of hardness meter in order to quatitatively analyze the influence of test force to the mutative indication of staff.
