种植体支抗受正畸力系作用后的骨组织反应及其稳定性研究 被引量:7

摘要 目的:本研究旨在探讨种植体支抗受正畸力力系作用后的稳定性,骨组织的反应及骨代谢的情况。方法:选用15只成年狗随机等量分为三组。G1组为水平力组,G2组为垂直力组,G3组为水平力+垂直力组。在狗的下颌骨种入Bra。nemark纯钛种植体,9周后施力,G1、G2组加力时间6周,G3组水平力作用时间6周,垂直力作用时间6周。分别进行临床肉眼观察及X线检查,同时进行放射性核元素骨显象,实验结束后宰杀动物,取标本送组织学检查。结果:①种植体受力后无移动;②X光线检查种植体一骨界面结合良好,达到骨性结合;③放射性核元素骨显象显示骨代谢活跃,在种植周围只要以成熟的成骨细胞为主。结论:种植体一骨界面能达到骨性结合,受到正畸力系作用下,能够提供足够的支抗。 Objective: Discuss stability,osseous reaction and metabolizability of implant anchorage affter received orthodontic force. Methods: 15 adult dogs were divided into 3 groups random. G1 is horizontal force group, G2 is vertical force group, G3 is horizontal + vertical force group . Branemark pure titanium implant were implanted into the dog' s mandibular bone. Force was put on after 9 weeks, the force last 6 weeks for G1 and G2 groups. In G3 group, horizontal and vertical force last 6 weeks vertical severally: Naked eye observe, X -ray examination and osseous radioactive nucleon raster display were performed. After experimentation, the dogs were killed and the samples were sent to histology examination. Results: ①The implants did not move after receiving fore.②X - ray examination showed the interface of implant and bone have good osseointegration. ③ Osseous radioactive nucleon raster display showed active osseous metabolizability. Around the implant full of adult osteoblast. Conclusion : Interface of implant and bone have good osseointegration. It can provided sufficient anchorage for orthodontic force.
